TOA 2025 spiritual guides

Every week, a virtual Empowerment Seminar (~40 min) is offered with one of the guides below. Participants are provided with a concise overview of that week's Sefirah as it relates to character refinement (Tikkun HaMiddot), including practical takeaways. Those who log-on live will be able to interact with the guides after their formal, recorded presentation. Past seminars can be viewed here.
Rabbi Shlomo Seidenfeld
Week 1 - CHESED
Rabbi Shlomo Seidenfeld has been in Jewish outreach for over 35 years. He is a passionate speaker and sought out relationship counselor and lifecycle rabbi. Rabbi Seidenfeld is also a residential real estate agent for Nourmand & Associates.
Rabbi Menachem Silverstein
Week 2 - GEVURAH
Menachem is an Orthodox Jewish writer, comedian, and ordained Rabbi. He’s written for TBS Digital, IFC Digital, has been on Jimmy Kimmel Live, and is currently a regular at the Hollywood Laugh Factory. Menachem is the rabbi of Shul On The Hill in Los Angeles.
Batsheva Frankel
Week 3 - TIFERET
Batsheva Frankel is a veteran Jewish educator of over 25 years. She is author of ‘The Jewish Educator's Companion,’and podcast producer and host of ‘Overthrowing Education.’
Arielle Winkler
Week 4 - NETZACH
Arielle Winkler is a Jewish educator whose experiences include all-women Rosh Chodesh circles, the Happy Minyan in Los Angeles, and as a Montessori instructor. Her approach is a blend of present day Torah scholars, Chassidus, and psychology.
Sarah Pachter
Week 5 - HOD
Sarah Pachter is an award-winning, sought after speaker and author. She has lectured internationally for over 18 years and is the author of "Ever Enough?" and "Small Choices Big Changes". Sarah is also the host of "Starstruck with Sarah Pachter," an Aish podcast.
Neuriel Shore
Week 6 - YESOD
Neuriel Shore is the founder of The Omer Aliyah (TOA): A 7-Week Spiritual Bootcamp of Personal Elevation. In addition to TOA, Neuriel started the Radical Rosh Chodesh project, which taps into the spiritual treasures embedded throughout the Hebrew calendar. He strives to be an Eved Hashem.
Rabbi Robbie Tombosky
Week 7 - MALCHUT
Rabbi Robbie leads the Beth Jacob Congregation Young Professionals Minyan for over 500 YPs. In addition, he is the founder of Sage Philanthropy Advisors, a social benefit enterprise that partners with brands, professional athletes, and celebrities who desire to change the world by engaging with causes that address big world challenges.
