TOA 2026 spiritual guides
Every week, a virtual Empowerment Seminar (~40 min) is offered with one of the guides below. Participants are provided with a concise overview of that week's Sefirah as it relates to character refinement (Tikkun HaMiddot), including practical takeaways. Those who log-on live will be able to interact with the guides after their formal, recorded presentation. Past seminars can be viewed here.

He is deeply committed to fostering vibrant Jewish identity and empowering the next generation to connect with their heritage and values.
Sarah Pachter
Week 4 - NETZACH
Sarah Pachter is an award-winning, sought after speaker and author. She has lectured internationally for over 18 years and is the author of "Ever Enough?" and "Small Choices Big Changes". Sarah is also the host of "Starstruck with Sarah Pachter," an Aish podcast.

Rabbi Mordechai Lebhar
Week 5 - HOD
Rabbi Mordechai Lebhar studied in leading yeshivot in Eretz Yisrael and America under prominent poskim and now serves as Rosh Kollel of LINK in Los Angeles. Internationally known for his Magen Avot series on the halachot and minhagim of Hachmei Morocco, his work has helped spark a renaissance in Moroccan halachic tradition worldwide. He is the co-author of the recently published book, “Ladder of Growth: A Guide to Incremental Growth During the Omer.”
