7 Virtual Seminars with 7 Spiritual Guides
Weekly virtual Empowerment Seminars (40 min) cover that week's respective Sefirah as it relates to character refinement. Seminars are recorded and uploaded to the TOA YouTube channel. Those who log-on live will have the benefit of interacting with the guides.

Lesson Log & Shabbat Discussions
Participants are provided with a document to record one simple lesson, idea, concept, or takeaway per day. At the end of the seven weeks, you will have up to 49 entries that are authentically yours! Additionally, weekly 'Shabbat Space' discussion questions, reflections, and meditations are provided to enhance and elevate Shabbat meals.
